Responsibilities
- Define migration strategy, scope, plans, dependencies, resources, and delivery controls.
- Assess source structures, relationships, volumes, history, documents, quality, and embedded business rules.
- Lead mapping, transformation design, retention decisions, and migration of historical and in-flight records.
- Direct extraction, staging, transformation, loading, and delta processes; use Siebel EIM, EAI, or other approved methods as appropriate.
- Set validation, reconciliation, exception-management, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead testing, mock runs, performance testing, cutover, rollback, and post-migration support.
- Coordinate business and technical teams, managing risks, issues, decisions, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of complex, multi-entity data migration programs.
- Strong hands-on data profiling, ETL, mapping, quality, reconciliation, and migration testing expertise.
- Substantial Siebel migration experience, including practical EIM and EAI knowledge, is highly required.
- Experience migrating complex financial or transactional data, audit history, and supporting documents.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience; SQL Server and large-scale migration experience are preferred.
- Translate business rules into migration logic and explain reconciliation results to business stakeholders.
- Strong planning, leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
