Data Entry Operator – AML Compliance Department
About This Role
Job Summary:
seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, document management, and assisting in compliance-related processes in line with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- GO AML Data Entry
- Enter and update customer and transaction data accurately in the system
- Maintain proper records of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents
- Assist in AML screening and compliance checks (training will be provided)
- Verify data for errors and ensure completeness of records
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Support the compliance team in reporting and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and customer information
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–2 years experience in data entry or administrative role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of AML/KYC compliance is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
