Data Entry Operator - Accounts
About This Role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions (shared expenses, allocations and settlements)
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Process cheque discounting activities and provide support for all banking-related matters
- Accurate and timely data entry of accounting entries – petty cash and invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies and payment queries
