Data Entry Executive
About This Role
Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai . This role is ideal for a candidate who can handle large volumes of data with precision, maintain accurate records, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipment, inventory, and client data into company systems.
- Maintain and update databases with correct and up-to-date information.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to collect required data.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Perform routine data checks to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in logistics.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
