About This Role

Role Overview:

The Data Entry Executive will support the Operations team by managing and maintaining accurate vehicle-related data across internal systems. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of automotive operations, particularly in areas such as GPS tracking, vehicle lifecycle processes, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Management & System Updates:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to vehicle operations.

  • Update and maintain records for GPS installation, activation, deactivation, and renewals.

  • Ensure all vehicle-related data is consistently updated across internal systems.


Vehicle Tracking & Compliance:

  • Coordinate GPS installation (new fitments), removals, and system updates.

  • Manage GPS certificate renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Handle Salik tag cancellations and updates in the system.

  • Support Asateel-related processes, including activation, monitoring, and updates.


Vehicle Lifecycle Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams for buy-back vehicles, including follow-ups and returns.

  • Manage data updates for sold vehicles, including GPS removal and system deactivation.

  • Assist in tracking vehicle movement and status across departments.


Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with Operations, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure smooth data flow and task completion.

  • Act as a point of coordination for vehicle-related updates and operational support tasks.


Reporting & Administrative Support:

  • Generate invoices and support billing-related tasks when required.

  • Prepare reports and maintain records using Excel.

  • Provide support for ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed.
