Location and work arrangement

Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records; assist with bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Verify data, invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and accounting documentation; coordinate with relevant departments for accurate, timely information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial records.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping or accounting support is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, organizational and data accuracy skills; good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
