Responsible for accurate, confidential data handling and proper documentation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Encode source-document data into prescribed databases, spreadsheets, systems, and electronic forms.
- Check data for completeness, accuracy, validity, and consistency before submission.
- Maintain client information and contact details; identify discrepancies and duplicate records during data cleansing.
- Protect confidential information and maintain electronic records according to company procedures.
- Generate reports or data updates on request and perform other assigned encoding or administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
- Must handle confidential information professionally and communicate well in written and spoken English.
- A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous data entry, data encoding, or administrative support experience is an advantage.
Working hours
- Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,500–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Employment term
- Temporary employment for six months, continuing until the customer data-cleansing project is completed.
