The Assistant Stock Controller supports inventory management, stock record accuracy, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
The role requires hands-on Oracle EBS experience for inventory transactions, reporting, and stock control.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in Oracle EBS.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
- Generate inventory reports and support management with stock analysis.
- Follow company inventory policies and procedures and maintain transaction documentation.
- Support stock audits and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Inventory Module is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay
- QAR 3,500–4,000 per month.
