Seeking a detail-oriented, organised Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
The role requires analytical skills, accuracy, and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records; process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; assist with budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards; support internal and external audits.
- Maintain payroll records if required.
- Use ERP and accounting systems to record, monitor, and report transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- The qualifications section lists 2+ years of accounting experience as preferred; a separate experience field lists three years as required.
- Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar, and accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,000–4,500 per month.
