Your mission

What you’ll do

• Create intuitive ways to explore trusted data using AI, natural language, dashboards, and analytical interfaces.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and agents that accelerate analysis and produce grounded, transparent, verifiable answers.
• Translate complex questions into structured analyses, insights, and actionable answers.
• Develop metrics connecting user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, market dynamics, and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks; establish analytical quality, metrics, dashboard, and decision-support standards.
• Design data architecture, models, pipelines, and transformations integrating on-chain and off-chain data into scalable products.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, discoverability, accessibility, observability, maintainability, and performance.
• Use Dune to investigate DEXes, aggregators, swaps, liquidity, routing, users, protocols, and markets; build reusable on-chain datasets and models.
• Combine blockchain, product, and business data to understand users, ecosystem activity, and market dynamics; explore new data sources.

Who you are

• Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain data, especially DEXes and aggregators, including swaps, liquidity, routing, transactions, events, traces, and smart-contract interactions.
• Expert Dune skills, advanced SQL, and experience building sophisticated on-chain queries, datasets, dashboards, and analyses.
• Advanced hands-on use of Cursor for analytics, engineering, automation, and AI-enabled data solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency for analysis, processing, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on experience operating ClickHouse and Airflow data platforms, including modeling, pipelines, transformations, quality, and observability.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business and product questions into hypotheses, robust analyses, and actionable answers.

Nice to have

• Experience at a DEX, DEX aggregator, DeFi protocol, or other data-intensive Web3 product.
• Experience with raw multi-chain blockchain data and decoding contracts, events, traces, and transactions.
• Experience with statistical methods, experimentation, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
• Public DeFi data work such as Dune dashboards, research, open-source contributions, or community analytics.
