Data Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities

• **Data Preparation:**
• Assist in extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources (sales records, customer databases, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
• **Reporting & Dashboards:**
• Support the creation and maintenance of weekly/monthly reports and automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• **Insight Generation:**
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in retail performance.
• **Ad-hoc Analysis:**
• Support various business units with "one-off" data requests and research projects as needed.
• **Collaboration:**
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and present findings in a clear, digestible format.

What We Are Looking For

• **Educational Background:**
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

• (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g.,

Power Bi

Tableau

• ) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of

Sql

Python And R

• for data manipulation is preferred but not mandatory.
• An analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
