Job Title:** Data Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive or car rental industry, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to support business decisions.
Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to rentals, fleet performance, and customer trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve business performance
Operational Support
- Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and performance metrics
- Analyze booking data, revenue reports, and pricing strategies
- Support management with data-driven recommendations
Database Management
- Maintain and update data in company systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Manage large datasets and organize them efficiently
Dashboard & Tools
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel or other BI tools
- Automate reporting processes where possible
- Present findings in a clear and structured manner
Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, sales, and fleet teams
- Assist in improving processes through data insights
- Support ad-hoc analysis as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst (Automotive / Car Rental experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle large datasets and work under pressure
