Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in the rent a car industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
- Promote car rental services and fleet solutions to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in business development (rent a car experience preferred)
- Strong network in UAE corporate or travel sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fleet leasing or corporate car rental contracts
- Knowledge of UAE market trends in transport/logistics
- Multilingual (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
