Full-time Dark Store Supervisor role overseeing daily dark store, warehouse, and order-fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and same-day fulfillment targets.
- Monitor order accuracy, picker performance, dispatch efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Lead, coach, and schedule warehouse and store staff; support manpower, attendance, performance, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, food safety, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, transportation, and operations teams to maintain product availability.
- Investigate issues, implement corrective actions, drive continuous improvement, and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce operations.
- Same-day grocery e-commerce order-fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and use analytical skills to improve performance.
