D365 SCM Functional Consultant

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs
• Lead
• fit-gap analysis
• and recommend best-practice D365 SCM solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and support key D365 modules, including:

• Procurement & Sourcing

• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain / Logistics processes

• Project Management & Accounting

• *(advantageous)*
• Prepare functional design documentation, process flows, and solution specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams on
• customisations, integrations, workflows, and data migration
• Support
• system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
• Drive business process improvement and operational efficiency across supply chain workflows
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Required Experience

• Minimum
• 6 years of experience
• working with
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Finance & Operations
• or

Dynamics Ax

• Strong functional expertise across:

• Procurement & Sourcing

• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Operations

• Supply Chain And Logistics

• Strong understanding of
• ERP business processes and supply chain best practices
• Experience in
• requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user enablement
• Ability to prepare functional specifications for technical development and integrations
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Microsoft
• D365 certifications
• preferred
• Experience in
• multi-company / multi-warehouse environments
• Exposure to
• Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, or reporting solutions
• is advantageous
• Experience working in
• Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
