About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant
to support ERP transformation initiatives across complex business environments.
This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant with strong experience in solution design, business process optimisation, system configuration, and end-to-end D365 implementation.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, and support successful delivery across core supply chain and operational modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs
- Lead
- fit-gap analysis
- and recommend best-practice D365 SCM solutions aligned with business needs
- Configure and support key D365 modules, including:
• Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Supply Chain / Logistics processes
• Project Management & Accounting
- *(advantageous)*
- Prepare functional design documentation, process flows, and solution specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams on
- customisations, integrations, workflows, and data migration
- Support
- system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
- Drive business process improvement and operational efficiency across supply chain workflows
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Required Experience
- Minimum
- 6 years of experience
- working with
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Finance & Operations
- or
Dynamics Ax
- Strong functional expertise across:
• Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Operations
• Supply Chain And Logistics
- Strong understanding of
- ERP business processes and supply chain best practices
- Experience in
- requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user enablement
- Ability to prepare functional specifications for technical development and integrations
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Microsoft
- D365 certifications
- preferred
- Experience in
- multi-company / multi-warehouse environments
- Exposure to
- Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, or reporting solutions
- is advantageous
- Experience working in
- Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
