About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

D365 Hcm Functional Consultant

to support HR transformation and ERP implementation initiatives across complex business environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant with strong experience in HR systems, business process optimisation, solution configuration, and end-to-end project delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, design scalable HR solutions, support testing and training, and ensure successful delivery across key HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs
  • Lead
  • fit-gap analysis
  • and recommend best-practice HR system solutions aligned with business needs
  • Configure and support key HCM modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll

• Benefits & Compensation

  • Performance Management

• Leave & Attendance

  • Prepare functional design documentation, business process maps, and solution specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams on
  • integrations, customisations, workflows, and data migration
  • Support
  • system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
  • Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
  • Drive process optimisation and automation across HR operations
  • Ensure solutions align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Required Experience

  • Minimum
  • 6+ years of experience
  • in
  • HR systems consulting, ERP implementation, or HR technology transformation
  • Strong hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Hcm

,

Dynamics 365 F&O

  • , or similar enterprise HR platforms
  • Strong functional expertise across:
  • HR operations
  • Payroll
  • Employee lifecycle processes
  • Leave and attendance management
  • Performance management
  • Experience in
  • requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support
  • Good understanding of
  • HR business processes and ERP best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with
  • data migration, workflow automation, reporting, or system integrations
  • Exposure to
  • Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, or AI-enabled HR solutions
  • is advantageous
  • Experience in
  • GCC payroll, labour regulations, or regional compliance requirements
  • preferred
  • Experience working in
  • Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
