D365 CRM Functional Consultant - Bilingual

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external users of Dynamics CRM, Field Service, integrations, the e-Portal, and mobile app; troubleshoot service, data, and document workflow issues.
• Handle phone and walk-in user enquiries, requests, and transactions; resolve cases and maintain a ticket for every support call.
• Ensure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications meet the support SLA and provide user training when needed.
• Execute design and discovery workshops; design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions and implement Customer Engagement and Field Service.
• Work with stakeholders and adapt requirements gathering and training to different user learning styles.
• Maintain quality and create BRDs, SSDs, presentations, and Visio workflows for client requirements, design, training, and process engineering.
• Report to the QT Project Manager.

Qualifications and experience

• Bilingual English and Arabic speaker is a must.
• 3–5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or configuration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with .NET programming is preferred.
