Overview

Value Driven IT Solutions (VDITS) is a Dubai-based IT, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cost Optimization consulting firm serving organizations across the UAE and GCC.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Sales & Operations Associate who can bring structure to our sales engine while actively supporting business growth.

This is a high-impact, front-facing role working closely with leadership, combining business development, sales coordination, and operational execution.

You will play a key role in building pipeline momentum, managing client interactions, and ensuring opportunities move efficiently from lead to closure.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to engage enterprise prospects
  • Identify and research target accounts across UAE & GCC
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and discovery sessions
  • Manage follow-ups with clients, partners, and leads

Sales Pipeline & Operations

  • Maintain and manage CRM and pipeline hygiene
  • Track opportunities, proposals, and deal progression
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and movement across sales stages
  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and capability documents

Executive & Operational Support

  • Coordinate leadership calendar, meetings, and communications
  • Act as a bridge between sales, technical, and delivery teams
  • Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and internal coordination
  • Support ongoing business operations and client engagement tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales coordination, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging enterprise clients
  • Ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking independently
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of IT, cybersecurity, or digital services is a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and presentations
  • Based in Dubai
