- deliver cybersecurity and business continuity projects in accordance with
- approved scope, budget, and timelines. 2.Develop, implement, and maintain
- Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for
- critical systems and operations. 3.Lead and coordinate periodic BCP/DR
- tests, exercises, and simulations; analyze results and report findings to
- senior management. 4.Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and
- business continuity risks in line with the organization’s risk management
- framework. 5.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
- supervisory guidelines applicable to financial institutions (e.g., Central
- Bank requirements). 6.Maintain alignment with international standards and
- frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, and related cybersecurity
- regulations. 7.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams,
- vendors, and third-party service providers. 8.Prepare executive-level
- reports, dashboards, and KPIs on project progress, risk posture, and resilience
- readiness. 9.Support cybersecurity awareness and business continuity
- initiatives across the organization
