I. Role Overview As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Engineer at Bevatel, your mission is to protect our digital infrastructure and ensure we meet the highest national security standards. You will be our technical expert for compliance with NCA, CST, and SAMA frameworks, ensuring Bevatel remains a trusted leader in cloud communications.

II. Key Responsibilities

• National Compliance: Implement and manage the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC).
• Regulatory Liaison: Handle technical requirements for the CST Cybersecurity Registration Framework (CRF) to ensure our services are fully certified.
• Banking Standards: Maintain our security systems to align with the SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, especially for our financial sector integrations.
• Technical Defense: Perform regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and coordinate penetration testing on our networks.
• Incident Response: Monitor for security threats and lead the response to any cybersecurity incidents to protect our data and customers.
• Audit Readiness: Prepare technical evidence and documentation for external audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Saudi National with a degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity (GRC or technical security).
• Knowledge of KSA Standards: You must understand NCA ECC, CST CRF, and SAMA requirements.
• Technical Skills: Experience with firewalls, encryption, and securing cloud environments.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Certifications: Security+, CISSP, or CISA are highly preferred.
