Account Manager/Client Specialist – KSA & UAE (HR Consulting Services)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients across KSA and the UAE.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Understand client workforce requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR consulting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional service offerings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address client concerns proactively and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Monitor account performance and support the achievement of revenue and retention targets.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and account plans.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Business Development, or HR Consulting.
• Prior experience within HR Consulting, Recruitment, Talent Solutions, Outsourcing, EOR, or Professional Services is essential.
• Strong understanding of the KSA and UAE business landscape.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
