About This Role

Overview

Tailix is a modern pet ecosystem and pet care platform connecting pet owners with pet-related services, support, and solutions through a smart mobile application.

We focus on delivering excellent customer experience, smooth communication, and reliable support for our users and partners.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Customer Support Executive** who can manage customer communication, follow-ups, and support operations during and outside standard working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, chat, email, and social media
  • Follow up with customers, partners, and service providers regularly
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions
  • Coordinate with the internal team regarding app issues, orders, bookings, and customer requests
  • Monitor and support ongoing customer activities outside working hours when needed
  • Maintain proper records of customer conversations and updates
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive user experience
  • Escalate urgent technical or operational issues to the management team
  • Support on-boarding and guidance for new users of the Tailix App

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or operations support
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a big advantage)
  • Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work responsibly during flexible timings and urgent situations
  • Professional attitude and patience while handling customers
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations efficiently
  • Experience in pet industry, service marketplace apps, or startup environments is a plus
