About This Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Operations Support Specialist to assist clients with immigration processes (Canada, Australia, Europe). You’ll handle inquiries, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries via email, phone, or chat
- Track applications and maintain accurate records
- Verify documents and assist with case preparation
- Coordinate with consultants and managers
- Provide timely updates and ensure a great client experience
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in customer service or admin support in similar field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage
