About This Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused Operations Support Specialist to assist clients with immigration processes (Canada, Australia, Europe). You’ll handle inquiries, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries via email, phone, or chat
  • Track applications and maintain accurate records
  • Verify documents and assist with case preparation
  • Coordinate with consultants and managers
  • Provide timely updates and ensure a great client experience

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in customer service or admin support in similar field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage
