Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for an Online Customer Support Specialist.

The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing communication through digital platforms, troubleshooting customer concerns, and offering expert guidance on product or service issues.

Collaboration with internal teams to enhance user experience and maintain service quality is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, live chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, and availability
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction
  • Assist with order and booking support, including tracking, status updates, cancellations, and modifications
  • Troubleshoot basic issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Skills

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong written communication and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
