Compensation
- Salary listed as AED 23,000 per month, plus benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Develop customer strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
- Analyze customer data, behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Segment customers and develop targeted strategies for different customer groups.
- Improve customer experience and journeys across key touchpoints.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Build business cases and recommendations using customer and commercial insights.
- Monitor retention, churn, customer lifetime value, satisfaction, engagement, and revenue KPIs.
- Lead projects to increase customer loyalty and profitability.
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Assess competitors and market developments to inform customer strategy.
Candidate requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in customer strategy, consulting, commercial strategy, customer experience, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate customer data analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial understanding of customer economics and business performance.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
