Customer Specialist

What you will do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Process quotes and orders for Account Managers, maintaining high volume and accuracy.
• Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through event assistance, in‐store coverage, inventory tasks, and adherence to safety and standard work.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, engage in community activities, and model strong customer‐facing behavior.
• What you will bring:
• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• HVAC or mechanical background preferred.
• Strong customer‐service, sales, and relationship‐building skills.
• High energy, teamwork orientation, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
• Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
• $41,000.00 - $82,809.99
