We are seeking an experienced Payment Customer Service Supervisor to lead customer operations, oversee payment and settlement processes, monitor team performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payment operations, customer management, and team leadership.

- Manage and monitor team performance through KPIs and operational targets
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to support business growth
- Oversee payment and settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction handling
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and exceptions
- Monitor transaction activity and collaborate with risk and compliance teams when required
- Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations, customer operations, or related fields
- Strong understanding of payment processing and settlement workflows
- Experience managing teams and analyzing operational data
- **Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)**
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
