Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Customer Service Specialist will welcome customers, answer questions about products and flavors, and guide guests through their choices to create a fun, engaging in-store experience.

Responsibilities

include handling customer inquiries and feedback in person and by phone, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring each visitor leaves satisfied.

The role involves managing queues, maintaining a clean and organized service area, processing transactions accurately, and supporting team members during busy periods.

The specialist will also help promote new products and campaigns, share brand knowledge, and contribute to a positive, energetic store atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on friendly, solution-oriented interactions.
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, confident verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and manage busy periods with a positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn about Candy Gang products and brand culture.
