**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** (valid Qatar Driving License)
*Minimum Requirement for CSR*
· Should have Degree/Diploma in any faculty or Equivalent.
· Should possess Qatar valid Light vehicle Driving License.
· Should have at least 5 years’ experience required as CSR in Vehicle Rental Business in Qatar.
Experience
Certificate required.
· CSR able to manages the front line rental process, greeting customers, processing reservations, inspecting vehicles and handling payments.
· Ability to promote sales of upgrades, insurance and providing high quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Well versed communication skills (English/Arabic option).
A pleasant personality.
· Proficient in computer skills ( MS word, excel, power point)
· Should have knowledge how to use POS machines.
· Should have strong CSR skills, including courteous and professional interactions over the phone, via email and in person.
· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).
· Should be locally available in Qatar.
· Work Location : Doha, Qatar
