Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and friendly **Female** **Customer Service Representative** to be the first point of contact for our customers.
This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.(Cleaning Company Experience is Must)
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- Provide information about services and pricing
- Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
- Update customer records and service details
- Coordinate with cleaning staff as needed
- Handle Day to Day collection
- Bank reconciliation
- Record daily transactions
- Do followups from clients for the payments
- Keep record or payments and expenses
- payroll, Salaries, invoices
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Uae cleaning company experience ia a plus
