Customer Service Representative
to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality service experience across all communication channels. ππ
π― Role Overview
You will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
πΌ Key Responsibilitiesπ¬ Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist with orders, accounts, and service-related requests
- Handle complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer cases

- Investigate customer problems and provide effective solutions
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Follow up on unresolved issues until completion
- Maintain a calm and professional approach in all situations
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
π Documentation & Record Keeping
- Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems
- Maintain updated and organized case records
- Track recurring issues and report trends
- Support reporting and service performance analysis
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information

- Work closely with operations, sales, and technical teams
- Share customer feedback and insights for improvement
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings

- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in any field
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
