Customer Service Representative

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction across communication channels.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate product or service information
- Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

- Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Track cases, follow-ups, and resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare basic reports on customer feedback and issues
- Ensure proper documentation of all interactions

- Demonstrate patience and empathy in all interactions
