Customer Service Representative
About This Role
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a frontline professional who interacts directly with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with a company’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities
A CSR typically:
- Answers customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolves complaints and provides appropriate solutions
- Processes orders, returns, or account updates
- Maintains customer records and interaction logs
- Provides product or service information
- Escalates complex issues to higher-level support when needed
Daily Tasks
- Responding to incoming calls or messages
- Troubleshooting customer problems
- Following scripts or company guidelines
- Documenting interactions in CRM systems
- Meeting performance targets (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR54,000.00 - QAR84,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
