Customer Service Representative
About This Role
2M Bilişim Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Cebu City team. The role involves handling client inquiries and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Provide accurate information about services and solutions
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses
Requirements:
- At least Senior High School graduate or college level
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, chat tools)
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment
