Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Supervisors to oversee customer service operations, handle customer concerns, and ensure excellent service standards across our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily customer service operations
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Support and guide customer service staff
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain reports and follow company procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–4 years experience in customer service supervision
- Retail or hypermarket experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally
- Transferable Visa preferred
