Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Supervisors to oversee customer service operations, handle customer concerns, and ensure excellent service standards across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily customer service operations
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Support and guide customer service staff
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain reports and follow company procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years experience in customer service supervision
  • Retail or hypermarket experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle customer issues professionally
  • Transferable Visa preferred
