Customer Service Representative
About This Role
CXME Business Process Solutions Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our operations in Doha.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Requirements:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Good communication and computer skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Experience is a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR26.25 - QAR33.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
