Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company standards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to various services through multiple channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, etc.) within the defined time frame.
- Accurately capture customer information and update records in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to new and existing services.
- Ensure quality performance by adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Meet assigned targets, commitments, and deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and client information.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Follow instructions from QA, Team Leaders, and Management.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal (soft) skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis.
