Customer Service Representative
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Support inventory management, including stocking and replenishment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
