Full Job Description
QNB Group is one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support clients with banking services and deliver a high standard of customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
- Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and service requests
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Promote banking products and services when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience in banking or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or corporate banking
- Knowledge of banking systems and financial products
- Sales or relationship management experience
