Full Job Description

QNB Group is one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support clients with banking services and deliver a high standard of customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
  • Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and service requests
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Promote banking products and services when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in banking or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or corporate banking
  • Knowledge of banking systems and financial products
  • Sales or relationship management experience
