Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and customer focused Customer Service & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.

This role combines Customer Service, Administrative Coordination, and Marketing Support, requiring a candidate who is organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

The selected candidate will play a key role in customer satisfaction, operational coordination, vendor follow up, and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders and service requests
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Operations & Coordination

  • Follow up with vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Monitor service delivery and customer feedback
  • Escalate urgent issues to management
  • Support administrative and operational activities

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Support social media engagement and activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Coordinate marketing promotions with vendors
  • Assist in content coordination and campaign execution

Extended Responsibilities

This position requires flexibility and ownership, including:

  • Responding to urgent customer inquiries after working hours when needed
  • Following up urgent orders and customer requests
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Reporting major issues or operational challenges to management
  • Supporting business continuity and customer satisfaction beyond working hours when required

Requirements

Nationality: Philipines (Required)

  • Proven experience in customer service and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Qatar market
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience in service based or digital platforms is a plus
