Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and customer focused Customer Service & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
This role combines Customer Service, Administrative Coordination, and Marketing Support, requiring a candidate who is organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
The selected candidate will play a key role in customer satisfaction, operational coordination, vendor follow up, and marketing campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and service requests
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Operations & Coordination
- Follow up with vendors and service providers
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor service delivery and customer feedback
- Escalate urgent issues to management
- Support administrative and operational activities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support social media engagement and activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate marketing promotions with vendors
- Assist in content coordination and campaign execution
Extended Responsibilities
This position requires flexibility and ownership, including:
- Responding to urgent customer inquiries after working hours when needed
- Following up urgent orders and customer requests
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Reporting major issues or operational challenges to management
- Supporting business continuity and customer satisfaction beyond working hours when required
Requirements
Nationality: Philipines (Required)
- Proven experience in customer service and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in campaign management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Qatar market
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience in service based or digital platforms is a plus
