About the Role
We are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Executives to join our Research & Analytical Department for immediate hiring.
The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting research-driven services, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Address customer queries related to services, research support, and academic programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer requests
Support service and sales-related activities when required
Deliver consistent customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication
Interest in Forex trading and financial markets is a plus (Training will be provided)
Eligibility & Requirements
Visa Status: Preference to housewives with spouse visa holders
Experience
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience
Experience
in India or the UAE is acceptable
Language Skills
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented, professional environment
Proficiency in malayam and hindi is an advantage
