Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Executive.

The role involves providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include processing customer orders, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues
  • Proven experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Management and best practices for maintaining high service standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency in NetSuite/CRM software is required
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus
  • Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly desirable
