Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and communications with international customers and distributors.
- Process export orders and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Prepare proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate freight forwarders and shipping agents to support timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and provide customer status updates.
- Support export sales with quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Address customer complaints, shipment delays, and order discrepancies professionally.
- Maintain accurate order, customer communication, and shipment records.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas customers.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, export sales support, or logistics coordination; FMCG or perfume industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Strong English communication skills; an additional language is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
