Overview

We are looking for a candidate to Join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in Arabic and English.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company security procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Minimum 02 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
