Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, employee records, HR administration, compliance with Qatar Labour Law, and supporting recruitment and employee relations activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Process employee reimbursements and salary adjustments.
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee personal and payroll records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Monitor annual leave, sick leave, and other leave balances.
- Verify attendance records and coordinate with department managers regarding discrepancies.
- Coordinate visa, QID, medical, and labor-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field.
- Minimum 05 years of HR and payroll experience in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and payroll regulations.
- Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll software.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
