Customer Relationship Executive
About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Customer Relationship Executive- First Time Depositor (FTD) Caller who will be responsible for contacting registered leads and converting them into first-time depositors on the trading platform. The candidate should have good knowledge of forex, stock market, and CFD trading and strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact newly registered leads and introduce the company's trading platform and investment opportunities.
- Convert potential clients into First Time Depositors (FTD) by guiding them through the deposit process.
- Explain Forex, CFDs, and Stock Market trading opportunities to potential investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase deposit conversions and trading activity.
- Assist clients with account setup, KYC verification, and deposit procedures.
- Follow up regularly with leads to encourage initial investment and trading activity.
- Coordinate with Account Managers / Retention Team after successful FTD conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly FTD targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Forex / CFD / Stock Market Sales or FTD conversion.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in international calling and lead conversion is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, crypto trading, and stock markets.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to explain market opportunities and trading benefits to new investors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
