Responsibilities

- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

- Organize and participate in exclusive client events and product launches to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of luxury jewelry products, trends, and customer expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
