About This Role
Customer Handling & Lead Conversion
- Monitor CRM, WhatsApp, calls, and incoming leads daily
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Explain detailing services professionally and confidently
- Educate customers about Graphene Coating, PPF, Tinting, Polishing, etc.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
Business Development & Outdoor Marketing
- Visit car showrooms, premium garages, service centers, offices, and corporate clients
- Pitch Detailing Dynamics services and generate partnerships
- Build relationships with automobile-related businesses
- Conduct flyer, brochure, and mall promotion campaigns
- Approach potential customers directly and generate walk-in leads
- Identify new opportunities to grow the brand offline
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with operations team regarding customer requirements
- Maintain proper lead records and follow-up updates in CRM
- Ensure smooth communication before, during, and after service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, automotive industry, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident speaking with premium customers
- Basic understanding of cars and automotive services is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and outdoors when required
- Good English communication skills (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience
