About This Role
Customer Happiness Consultant (UAE Nationals Preferred)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Customer Happiness Consultant to support customer data management and ensure accuracy across records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently
- Verify information and correct discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date customer records
- Retrieve customer/account details as needed
- Follow procedures and ensure data confidentiality
Requirements:
- UAE Nationals preferred
- With or without Tadbeer experience
- Strong attention to detail and fast typing skills
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Data entry or customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
