Overview
- Welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings and warmth and guide them as per their requirements.
- Attend Patient & Customer services.
- Monitor appointment confirmation and missed appointment follow up.
- Ensuring patient registration & invoicing have been done correctly as per the insurance policy & card details of the patient (like patient details, insurance card scanning, Co-Payments and Deductibles, Approvals are available for services which PAR-prior approval required.
- Ensure that all Claims are submitted to Insurance Dept in a timely manner and solving another insurance issues with coordination of insurance dept.
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
